Single Scoop Orders

The process of milling the two halves of the mold is carried out by a computer controlled CnC Machine.

The process for getting into the very small spaces on the mold is done by submerging the mold in special oil. Then with a perfectly shaped copper rendition of the scoop face, high voltage is used to burn away the less conductive hardened steel of the mold.
